Competition rules

§1. Organizer

The competition organizers are:

• Michał Kostrzewa (Instagram: [@michal_kostrzewaa])

• Gym Butcher (Instagram: [@gymbutcher_official])

§2. Reward

1. You can win:

   • selected product from the @gymbutcher_official store,

   • personalized training plan prepared by @michal_kostrzewaa .

2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

§3. Rules of participation

1. Anyone with an Instagram account can participate in the competition.

2. To enter, share the contest reel on your public Instagram profile .

3. Participation in the competition is free and voluntary .

§4. Duration

1. The competition runs until Friday, September 5, 2025, at 8:00 PM .

2. The results will be announced on the same day at 9:00 PM on the @gymbutcher_official profile.

§5. Selection of the winner

1. A draw will be held among all participants and one winner will be selected.

2. The organizers' decision is final and not subject to appeal .

§6. Final provisions

1. The competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram .

2. By taking part in the competition, the participant accepts these regulations.
